**Licious Noodles and Bao** delivers a bright, satisfying experience that left me already planning a return visit. The space itself makes a strong first impression—spotlessly clean and looking freshly opened, with a modern, welcoming feel that sets a pleasant tone before the first bite. Staff matched that energy perfectly: warm, friendly, and attentive without hovering, while service moved at an impressively quick clip that never felt rushed. The savory side shone. The sesame chicken cold noodles arrived with excellent balance—cool, savory, and satisfying—while the accompanying dumplings held their own with solid texture and flavor. The sesame flat noodles were equally strong, delivering that same nutty depth in a different, equally enjoyable form. Everything tasted fresh and well-executed. Dessert, though, stole the show. The mango shaved ice was the clear highlight: remarkably creamy, fragrant, and genuinely delicious, with a taste that lingered in the best way. The mango pomelo sago provided a lighter counterpoint—refreshing, gently sweet, and perfectly balanced. Both closed the meal on a high note. Great experience, helpful staff. The food was amazing and authentic. The dumplings and potatoes were next level delicious. Our meals were not only visually appetizing they were unforgettable and unique. The dessert was sweet and refreshing. I would highly recommend eating here and we will be coming back for more.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I'm very picky when it comes to soup dumplings, and until now I hadn't found a place in Jacksonville that truly got them right. Their soup dumplings were incredible—perfectly balanced in flavor with just the right wrapper thickness. I was genuinely impressed. We also tried the noodles, scallion pancakes, and steamed chive dumplings, and every dish was excellent. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The servers were warm, friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the experience even better. I live nearby, so I'm thrilled to have such a great spot where I can stop in and enjoy amazing soup dumplings whenever I'm craving them. Top-notch food, service, and overall experience. Highly recommend!

Checked out a new Chinese joint in town called Licious. I saw it on my feed and decided we should grab some lunch. We ordered about ten dishes, but let me share with you the highlights. Szechuan chicken - we ordered it extra hot. It was hot. It was great 9/10 Chili wontons - very mild, but would order again 7.6/10 Woodear mushrooms - absolutely delicious 9/10 Spicy soup dumpling - great taste when fresh 8.5/10 Chive pork shrimp dumplings - distinct chive flavor. Get again. 7/10 Shaved ice dessert - I mean how can you not liked shaved ice 9.5/10 Overall Licious is a nice addiction to Jacksonville. I will definitely go back and try some other dishes but there were several misses for us. Considering all plates range between $7-$12 it’s affordable try many things. You’ve just got to find what you like. The Szechuan chicken was so delicious and the chili oil it came with coated everything we ate. It was spicy! Overall had a great experience. I loved the food so much and cannot wait to go back again. I found the prices to be so reasonable and affordable for anyone. The total for all the dishes in the pictures was $51 with tip ($41 before). Service was okay but I think they are newer servers and it is a soft opening. Definitely recommend for quality Chinese dishes
